A judge should have the highest ethics and unquestioned honesty. Unfortunately Warren Stracerner’s ambition seems to conflict with his honesty.

NO EXPERIENCE

There is one unavoidable FACT when it comes to Warren Stracener, he has NO EXPERIENCE when it comes to any case that comes in front of him in El Dorado County.

Here is a list of law Warren Stacner has NEVER practiced:

Here is a list of law Warren Stracener has NEVER practiced:

  • Criminal Defense
  • Criminal Prosecution
  • Divorce Law
  • Adoption Law
  • Real Property
  • Juvenile Dependency
  • Juvenile Crime
  • Wills and Trusts
  • Commercial Law
  • Family Law
  • Probate
  • Real Estate
  • Mining
  • and Counting.........................

The only law he has practiced in the last 20 years is State of California Government Law and Employment Law. That's it.

If you, your family or friends go before him, you will get a judge who has had zero experience in any matter that would come before him. Is this a risk you would want to take? Would you hire a plumber to do your electrical? How about going to a dentist to get brain surgery? Because his experience is equivalent to that.

Check out his biography listed in the Lake Tahoe News on December 17, 2010.
